Opened in 2005, St. James Kiwanis Manor consists of 51 units in a four storey building. Twenty-seven units are two bedroom and twenty-four are one bedroom. All one bedroom units have received financial assistance from the government and are only available to those with low incomes.

(All Type “C” units are government subsidized, with a maximum combined total (not net) income of $30,000/year)

Subsidy will expire in May 2020. After this time existing Tenants will continue to receive the subsidy but new tenants will be charged market value rents equivelant to the Villa rates.
